Aberrant Ceramics is the ceramic artwork of Aaron Nosheny.

I work in the medium of stoneware clay and make hand-built pottery, primitive sculpture, hamsas, and a variety of other forms. My work celebrates and pushes the plasticity of the medium. The content of the work follows an inner landscape of biological obsessions, psychic damage, and bouncy cartoon animals.

Toothy Grin

I've been making teeth with small cones of clay cemented into place in wide grinning mouths using clay slip. It's tedious and difficult to paint, but it does result in a severely toothy mouth. I was looking at this Scary Pumpkin Mug by Deviantart user CorazondeDios. I decided to try her method of making teeth.

This is the result: a Toothy Grin wall hanging.
