Aberrant Ceramics is the artwork of Aaron Nosheny,
potter and ceramic artist based in Tucson, Arizona. Self-taught and neurodivergent, he has worked in the medium of stoneware clay for 21 years, developing a practice rooted in literal construction and obsessive repetition. He makes non-traditional ceramics in a medium built on tradition, exploring the overlap between wonder and revulsion. Subject matter includes sympathetic monsters, insects, opossums, fast food mascots, and Halloween kitsch.

I am in love with my medium. I love the process of frantically birthing clay monstrosities, subjecting them to an epic trial by fire, and sending them out into the world.

Warlock #2

This is a replacement for the warlock sculpture that was damaged by a falling shelf last month. I just wanted to point out that I have several new sculptures being glaze fired this week and not all of them are sequels or replacements. Thank you for your attention.

I got bored with my Living Forgotten Realms warlock character. The 4e powers all have great names but none of them was especially interesting to use. I'm presently playing Jarvix the one-horned Tiefling psion in Darksun Encounters. Thank you again for your attention.
